MMORPG from Possibility Space signed by True Games for a spring launch.
ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., (October 21, 2008) – True Games Interactive, an international multi-player online game publisher announced today that is has acquired the global publishing rights for the highly anticipated free-to-play MMORPG Warrior Epic ( www.warriorepic.com), developed by Possibility Space. Per the agreement, True Games and Possibility Space will work closely together to launch Warrior Epic in spring 2009 with top syndication partners around the world.
“This partnership demonstrates True Games’ commitment to bringing quality triple-A gameplay, traditionally only seen in retail releases, to the free-to-play game space,” said Jeff Lujan, Founder and Chairman of True Games Interactive. “Not only is Warrior Epic a visually beautiful MMORPG, it also offers some incredibly innovative gameplay features that, combined with the free-to-play model, will ensure a big hit with gamers around the world”.
Warrior Epic is an online, action role-playing game set in an original fantasy world. In the game, players will assume command of a Warrior Hall from which they manage their characters’ adventures. They can recruit a wide array of character classes, each with its own style of play. The warrior classes and the Hall itself can be upgraded visually as well as functionally. Players adventure together in multiplayer campaigns, adventure mode, solo quests, and PVP. True Games and Possibility Space will soon release full product details for the game.
