An online careers magazine for the UK Games Industry has been launched this month. www.workingames.co.uk is the creation of Industry experienced experts including an ex Art Director, leading Technical Director and Recruitment Director with a combined 35 years Games Industry experience. WorkinGames is funded by the Industry Jobsite Gamesrecruit and externally sponsored by a number of Studios. The site offers news, advice, jobs, training and features giving all the information a graduate or just somebody looking to move careers into games needs to get a foot in the door. A forum is also available for gamers, games graduates and Industry people to share views, ideas and tips on how to get the most out of a career in video games.
