THE GAME FACTORY® Signs International Licensing Agreement with Cartoon Network

Top European Developer to Create and Distribute New Arcade Racing Videogame Based on Hit Cartoon Network Properties for Nintendo DS and Sony Playstation 2 Platforms

(Brabrand, Denmark, October 2005) - THE GAME FACTORY today announced the signing of a major international publishing agreement with Cartoon Network Enterprises to develop, launch and market an exciting new arcade racing videogame for Nintendo DS and Sony Playstation 2 based on the top Cartoon Network original animated series The Powerpuff GirlsTM, Cow & ChickenTM, Courage, the Cowardly DogTM, I Am Weasel TM, Johnny BravoTM and Dexter's LaboratoryTM. Featuring hours of gameplay depicting characters in a variety of exciting environments, the upcoming videogame will be targeted for wide release across Europe and the U.S. for the holiday season 2006.

The videogame will offer a great arcade gaming experience where players can race their favorite Cartoon Network characters against friends, opponents and new encounters from six top-rated Cartoon Network television series. Among its many state-of-the-art features, an innovative game-design, multiplayer options and an advanced track editor tool will ensure hours and hours of re-play value for every player.
