The Game Awards announces inaugural Future Class

Awards show recognizes 50 individuals "who represent the bright, bold and inclusive future of video games"

The Game Awards has announced the names of the 50 inaugural members of its Future Class, an annual recognition of individuals "who represent the bright, bold and inclusive future of video games."

The list includes names from across the industry, including development, esports, content creation, journalism, and community leadership.

Profiles for each of the fifty honorees can be found on The Game Awards website, and they will be recognized tonight at The Game Awards with a multimedia piece featuring the works of painter Ryan Hewett and musician Dope St. Jude.
