Tenshi Ventures

Former Kuju duo form their own new digital investment and consultancy company.

Ian Baverstock and Jonathan Newth, former founders of Kuju Entertainment, today announce the formation of their new investment and consultancy company Tenshi Ventures LLP.

"The rate of change in the games, web and social networking world is absolutely phenomenal at the moment" said Baverstock. "There are amazing opportunities to bring our experience of running technology businesses and raising money for them to start up companies in these areas. After running Kuju for many years, it's great to be back helping new businesses get off the ground and grow."

Newth added "At Tenshi Ventures, we understand what it takes to build a business, raise investment from angel to IPO, go through the m&a cycle from both sides and can get engaged with the detailed management issues that entrepreneurs face. Europe is replete with creative and innovative teams, and we aim to help transform some of these very early stage businesses into the successes of tomorrow."

Tenshi Ventures continues to provide consulting and Non-Executive services to Kuju and is now actively investigating new start-up opportunities and consultancy projects for larger investment funds.
