Developed by Steamroller Studios, this first-of-its-kind sports game is priced at USD$3.99.

With its intense real-time physics and stunning proprietary game engine, Super Shock Football is a cutting-edge sports game for iPhone and iPod touch. Its electric football gameplay also appeals to players familiar with the classic home entertainment genre from years past.

For each play, Super Shock Football gives players control of the coach and quarterback. The coach chooses plays from a library of pre-set and self-made formations, while the quarterback chooses the destination of the ball. During plays, the iPhone recreates the electric football experience by vibrating as offense and defense teams run formations. Control is deliberately user-friendly, with players able to throw passes, kick field goals, control the camera in 3D, and even design their own custom plays with just a single finger.
