Super Drill Panic

Tilt your Android phone to escape a runaway boulder.

OrangePixel’s “Super Drill Panic” lands on Android devices, so crack your whip, and jump into the adventure!

As with Mini Army and Mini Plane, another well known gameplay gets turned upside down. Super Drill Panic gameplay is based on the classic “drop ball” game concept.  Tilt your phone (or use the onscreen touch controls) to move your character from left to right and make him drop down the various ledges while escaping a huge Indiana Jones style boulder.

The release version comes with the first chapter of the game, containing three temples, covering fifteen levels and a large amount of variation in danger and thrilling obstacles. Turn switches to open doors, watch out for falling spiders, shooting spears, moving walls, and much much more.

Collect coins, and use them to upgrade your character’s skills and equipment in the game shop. Upgrade and use hammers to smash ledges, clocks to stop the boulder and boots to run faster.

Super Drill Panic is part of OpenFeint’s holiday wave of Android games, and integrates Highscores and Achievements.

Features:

- OrangePixel’s 8 bit pixel-art graphics

- Random levels; making every game session a new but familiar experience

- Three worlds, with increasing difficulty

- Online rankings using OpenFeint

- A collection of challenging and unlock-able achievements

- 8bit chip-style sound effects

Planned updates will add new characters to play, new environments, and new dangers. Everything about Super Drill Panic can be found at the developer blogs: http://orangepixel.net/drillpanic
