Phantoom Entertainment today announced that Super Blast 2 has officially launched on the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPod touch. The second installment of the highly popular title that reached Top 10 lists in the Paid Games category across Europe brings fast-paced, top-down shooter mechanics to the iOS with beautiful graphics that push the limits of handheld capabilities. Building on the success of the original Super Blast, the new title features various improvements, Creeps that shoot back, and boss fights for challenges that will keep gamers playing for hours. Super Blast 2 may be downloaded from the App Store now at a price of US $0.99.
Fans of the original Super Blast will find a horde of new Creeps that now fire back, supported by a massive boss at the end of each level. Further improvements include the addition of difficulty modes, new weapon power-ups, a health meter and three Super Blasts to help players get through the punishing onslaught of Creeps.
