Stadia head of product has departed Google

John Justice had joined the company in 2019

Vice president and head of product for Stadia, John Justice, has left Google.

This was first reported by The Information, before Google confirmed it to 9to5Google in a statement saying: "We can confirm John is no longer with Google and we wish him well on his next step."

Justice had joined Google in 2019, and has yet to comment on his departure from the company.

Google recently closed its internal game development efforts for Stadia and shifted focus towards third-party games. Jade Raymond, who had joined Google in March 2019 to lead its development teams, also left the company to pursue other opportunities.

Raymond went on to create Haven Entertainment Studios, with its first title receiving funding from Sony.
