Following the recent reshuffle of giant Japanese publisher Square Enix' global operations, former Atlus USA boss John Yamamoto has been installed as head of the company's European division - and tasked with overseeing its development from a product licensing office into a fully fledged publishing business. caught up with Yamamoto this week in London for an exclusive discussion about the company's plans in the PAL territories - and covered topics ranging from the firm's self-publishing ambitions and its intent to publish a more extensive range in the region, through to its new global strategy of producing "polymorphic" content.
