Charity games-donating event extended.

Red Bank, Tenn. – May 1, 2009 – The Spring Cleaning Event to benefit the Donate Games Charity at Gamers Daily News has been extended due to rapidly increasing interest. Time to dust off your gaming library and clean out your backlog! Spring is in the air, and true to the season, Gamers Daily News ( http://www.gamersdailynews.com) is offering you the chance to tidy up your gaming space for a good cause. Gamers can visit www.gamersdailynews.com/springcleaning.html to participate in its Spring Cleaning Event to benefit Donate Games, a new charity dedicated to helping orphan disease patients through the donation and resale of used games. Simply fill out the contest form, mail your games to Gamers Daily News and you could win one of many digital gaming prize packages in the following categories:

• Two Random winners from all entries

• Oldest Donation Received

• Most Distant Postmark

• Most Games Donated

• …. and more!

“The support from the gaming community has been great,” said Christophor Rick, Editor-in-Chief at Games Daily News. “We've got tons of prizes and a big stack of donations but we wanted to make the most of the event so we have extended it.”

Prize packages include new retail games and download codes contributed by Valve, Telltale Games, Paradox Interactive and Good Old Games, as well as a signed Gene Simmons Axe controller for one lucky winner from Hipstreet and gear from Nyko and Razer .
