Speaker line-up unveiled for Leipzig GCDC

The organisers of the Leipzig GC Developers' Conference have unveiled the list of speakers set to take the stage at this year's event, which will take place from August 20 - 22.

The organisers of the Leipzig GC Developers' Conference have unveiled the list of speakers set to take the stage at this year's event, which will take place from August 20 - 22.

This year there will be presentations on MMO development, engine technology and mobile entertainment, plus next-gen consoles and the PC platform.

"GCDC 2007 will be a focal point for the game industry as we explore all aspects of development, business, production, and science as they relate to games," said GCDC director Frank Sliwka.

Advisory board member Sean Kauppinen added, "We had a tremendous number of potential speakers this year and the task of deciding which topics and speakers to choose has been an intense process because there is so much going on in the industry right now."

The list of speakers confirmed so far is below. More keynotes and panel discussions are set to be announced in the coming weeks.
