Sparkle
One of the top 10 in Palm's Hotapps competition, and now available on six platforms.
Tampere, Finland – November 25, 2010 – Cross platform hit game Sparkle is now available on six different platforms. Platforms include PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Palm Pre, and Samsung Wave (S8500). Sparkle was also one of the top 10 apps in Palm Hotapps competition. Additionally, the iPhone and iPad versions were just updated with Game Center achievements.
"We're excited to be part of these exciting times. It's interesting to see which platforms rise in popularity and which will be silently forgotten.", said Tero Alatalo, the CEO of 10tons. "However, we like to deliver high quality entertainment to as many platforms as we can without sacrificing quality and fun."
In Sparkle the player controls a magical sling that shoots orbs. Orbs travel on a twisty path and the goal is to arrange the orbs in groups of three. The game takes the player onto a magical joyride through a place called Crowberry Woods. The game has several hours of original game play and three game modes. Generally the reviews have been very positive.
Sparkle is now also available for Samsung Wave. In the near future Sparkle will be available for Nokia N8 and other similar Nokia devices with 3d-acceleration and enough horse power. The iPhone and iPad versions were updated with Game Center achievements.
