Sony launches 'Western Game Buyer Selection' for PSN Japan

Castle Crashers and Young Thor inbound to new import category

The Japanese PlayStation Network is to see ongoing releases of popular Western PS3 and PSP titles.

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan has revealed a virtual label known a Western Game Buyer Selection, which offered its first fruit yesterday.

The initial line-up comprises Castle Crashers and Comet Crash on PS3 and Young Thor for PSP. Prices range between ¥500 and 1500 ($6 and $18).

At least some of the planned titles will purportedly be fully localised.
