2 million iPhone downloads later, black-and-white platform puzzler comes to PlayStation minis.
After 2 000 000 apps downloaded and more than 180 000 sold: SHIFT, launched on PC by Armor Games and adapted on the iPhone in 2009 by Fishing Cactus, is a game which quickly found its audience.
N° 1 of its category on Apple’s website, this new concept was immediately well-received by the players on the App Store, allowed it to reach the top 5 of US sells in just a few days. More than 14 million players have indeed played SHIFT whose innovative game experience and realization have been welcomed by several websites. SHIFT has been awarded several prices and ranked among the 50 best games released on iPhone in 2009 by EDGE. It was only a matter of time before SHIFT would make its entrance on the PlayStation®Store.
An improved minis version, available soon on the PlayStation®Network
Fishing Cactus is in charge of the technical transition and enrichment of this title, which will be available on PSP™ (PlayStation®Portable) and PlayStation®3 through the PlayStation®Network. Studio specialized in the production and adaptation of quality games on various hardwares, Fishing Cactus contributed to the production of several blockbusters from Oblivion to Divinity 2 : Ego Draconis, (Xbox 360), Redsteel (Wii) to Shaun White Origins (iPhone).
Having already adapted SHIFT on the iPhone assures a unique and entertaining game for the players with extra gameplay features. As a matter of fact, this PlayStation®Network version called SHIFT extended will offer no less than double the content of the iPhone version.
