Level-Up leads funding round to support upcoming game Kids vs Zombies

Mobile studio Donut Lab has raised $1.6 million in funding to support its upcoming multiplayer shooter, Kids vs Zombies.

VentureBeat reports that the funding round was led by Luxembourg-based investment firm Level-Up.

The Donut Lab team is based across multiple countries, and is headed by commercial illustrator Andrey Gordeev as CEO, alongside Hello Baby co-founders Tim Raiter and Vitaliy Urban.

Kids vs Zombies is currently in early access on Google Play, and is planned for an iOS launch at a later date.
