Rhiannon - Fluch der Vier Zweige

Arberth Studios talking German in Cologne.

Cardigan, Wales, 17th August 2009

For immediate use

Wales-based games developer Arberth Studios will be on hand at this week’s Gamescom industry event in Cologne to talk about the imminent release of ‘Rhiannon - Fluch der Vier Zweige’, the German version of its PC adventure ‘Rhiannon – Curse of the Four Branches’. This haunted house tale set against the backdrop of Celtic legend has already topped the charts of bestselling adventures at online retailer Amazon, in both the UK and Canada last year.

Arberth’s Noel Bruton notes, “We’ve had great interest in ‘Fluch der Vier Zweige’ and the German language adventures market is very important to us. As one of that rare breed of Brits who speak German, it makes perfect sense for me to come to Gamescom to talk to players and potential business partners.”

Arberth is launching ‘Rhiannon – Fluch der Vier Zweige’ in early September and will confirm the exact date after Gamescom. Screenshots and game information in both English and German are available at www.arberthstudios.com.

In addition to ‘Fluch der Vier Zweige’, Arberth has several other initiatives underway, including a forthcoming French version of the same game, to be called ‘Rhiannon – La Mal.diction des Quatre Branches’ and a new adventure game ‘Coven’, a tale of the modern-day witching of a Welsh harbour town.
