RennSport Wheel Stand

No more need to balance your steering wheel on the coffee table.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(Beverly Hills, CA) – October 7, 2008 – Fanatec®, a leading brand of high-end input devices for game consoles and PCs, today introduced the RennSport Wheel Stand. Compatible with all Fanatec racing wheels as well as those from Logitech (G25 and Driving Force wheel series) and Microsoft (Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel), the RennSport Wheel Stand is perfect for both casual gamers and driving game enthusiasts alike. The stand has an MSRP of $129.95USD and will ship in the U.S. on October 30, 2008.

Offering gamers an adjustable wheel angle, height, and pedal position, the Fanatec RennSport Wheel Stand features a rock-solid steel/aluminum construction that avoids shaking even with strong force feedback wheels. The strategically positioned rubber base pads help prevent movement during gameplay and allow users the ability to use racing wheels in any room without the use of a table. Extremely portable, it can be stored away in a matter of seconds.

Additionally, a shifter mount for Fanatec Porsche wheels and the Logitech G25 wheel is optional as an accessory and a race seat kit that turns the stand into a full racing cockpit will be available mid 2009.

“The RennSport Wheel Stand is a strategic product that solves THE fundamental dilemma of the racing fan,” said Thomas Jackermeier, CEO, Endor AG. “Our stand makes playing racing games with a racing wheel much more realistic and fun.”
