Reinforcement in the leadership team of dtp

dtp press release 20.09.2007

Hamburg, September 20. The German publisher dtp entertainment AG continues to expand. As of September 16, Stefan Heinemann joins dtp as "Chief Consultant." As a part of the dtp leadership team, Heinemann will oversee strategic development plans, focusing on international positioning and market development. Another important addition is Eric Müller-Borle who joins the dtp leadership team as Financial Director as of August 27, 2007

"We continue to grow solidly and must rise to new challenges daily. We needed to increase our capabilities in finance and in managing our growth into the international games market. We win a valuable industry veteran with Stefan Heinemann and are looking forward to successful team play. The finance sector is a key element of business management. dtp is happy to have an experienced financial manager like Eric Müller-Borle on board as we prepare for the challenges ahead" says Thomas Baur, CEO of dtp entertainment AG.

"dtp has entered a very exciting growth phase. The company's staff and products have the potential to be successful in the international league. It is an exciting challenge to be part of the team bringing this potential into reality. dtp's games unit has a strong vision and a convincing strategy - I am looking forward to contributing to the success story of dtp," explains Heinemann.

Heinemann has 12 years experience as a founder and executive in the games and media industry. In 2002 he and his partners founded a successful consulting company for the digital entertainment market and in 2004 founded the digital content licensing company (e.g. Crazy Frog). Before joining dtp he was a partner of the communication agency "imagepeople" (Essen/Germany), where he developed mandates for companies like Volkswagen, T-Mobile, and Microsoft.

"The games industry can look back on a history of impressive growth and will become one of the important media segments. dtp combines hanseatic strength with innovative financing approaches to implement a unique vision. I am proud to be responsible for this important segment as the Finance Director", says Eric Müller-Borle.

Müller-Borle (45) is a French-German dual citizen and has worked at the top management level in the financial services sector since the mid-eighties. After Citibank (Paris), he held several financial management positions in the AXA group, including CFO of AXA Belgium (Brussels), CFO of AXA Courtage (Paris) and CEO of AXA-MetLife joint-venture Maxis (Paris, New York). He joins dtp from KNEIP Communication (Luxembourg) where he was CFO and Acting Deputy CEO. Müller-Borle is a graduate of HEC Paris business school and CFA charterholder.
