Austin, Texas, September 10, 2004 - Today at the Austin Game Conference, Reaxion Corp. announced a development and publishing partnership with Nickelodeon, the number-one entertainment brand for kids, to release Bleeposaurus, an originally developed franchise by Nickelodeon Online, to the mobile market. This is the first joint release of a mobile title by Nickelodeon and Reaxion.

"Reaxion has 3 years' experience translating the content of some of the best entertainment brands for wireless phones," said Misha Lyalin, Reaxion's CEO. "We've been very interested in entering the kid's market and partnering with Nickelodeon is the best way to do this. Nickelodeon has won families over by offering fun characters, unique games and family-friendly content."

"The Adventures of Bleeposaurus has been one of the most popular games available on the Nick.com Arcade," said Paul Jelinek, Vice President of New Business Development, Nickelodeon Online. "We are excited to bring this original franchise to life in the wireless medium."

The Adventures of Bleeposaurus on Nick.com is Nickelodeon Online's first original 3-D platform adventure. The game follows the adventures of a blue triceratops whose sister has been kidnapped by an evil tyrannosaurus. The Adventures of Bleeposaurus is part of Nick.com's variety of paid, downloadable arcade games and has been one of the most successful to date. Bleeposaurus joins other Nickelodeon properties that started off-channel such as Tak and the Power of Juju and everGirl.
