Ralf Klöppel appointment

Ex-Frogster CFO joins free-to-play MMO publisher.

San Francisco, CA, USA/Berlin, Germany – 20 January 2011 Neonga announces that Ralf Kloeppel has joined the board as Chief Financial Officer.

In 1999, Ralf Kloeppel was one of the founding partners of gamigo AG which is part of the Axel Springer Group today. In 2001, gamigo released the first massively multiplayer online role-play game entirely localized for German territories, “The 4 th Coming”. Ever since, Ralf has remained true to the industry.

After gamigo Ralf joined Yusho GmbH in 2006 and was instrumental in its fusion with OnlineWelten GmbH to form Frogster Online Gaming GmbH the publisher of "Bounty Bay Online" and the award winning "Runes Of Magic". As Chief Financial Officer for Neonga, Ralf Kloeppel will oversee finance, accounting, subsidies, localization, taxes and legal.

Neonga (New Online Gaming) is a newly formed games publisher headquartered in Berlin, Germany. The new company is led by the ex-Frogster and gamigo executives Rolf Kloeppel, Benjamin Kaiser, Stefan Hinz, Bjoern Koschin and Markus Melching with the intent of bringing games to the new generation of online- and mobile-gamers throughout the world.
