Pump It Up is a dance game that uses a special five-button pad and rewards players for cool dance moves. Pump It Up took arcades in Latin America, the UK, France and Korea by storm, regularly drawing thousands of spectators to local competitions. In the United States it enjoys a base of fanatical devotees who, appropriately enough, call themselves Pump It Up Supporters. Home versions of Pump It Up for the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system and the Xbox® video game system from Microsoft release this summer from video game publisher Mastiff.
