Psychonauts Now Available For Digital Download Via Macrovision's Trymedia Network

EDISON, NJ, November 28, 2006 - Majesco Entertainment Company (NASDAQ: COOL), an innovative provider of digital entertainment products and content announced today that Psychonauts is now available for digital download through Macrovision's Trymedia Network. Majesco has signed a digital download distribution agreement with Macrovision Corporation, which operates the Trymedia Network, which will provide the secure distribution of Psychonauts across digital channels.

The critically acclaimed title, Psychonauts, from Double Fine Productions, BloodRayne 1 & 2 and Advent Rising, are now available in a try-before-you-buy format in Macrovision's Trymedia network which includes over 400 distribution partners worldwide including major online portals and destinations.
