PlayStation customer care gets business awards

The company won Best Private Sector Call Centre at the Marketing Direct Connect awards and was also honoured with Utilities and High-Tech Outsourcing Project of the Year by the National Outsourcing Association, for its PlayStation campaigns.

"These awards are testament to our exhaustive customer contact solutions portfolio, deep industry expertise, customer service leadership and global best practice," commented Dale Saville, president of Sitel.

"Benchmarking success against other industry leaders by winning awards is important to us. When they are decided by our peers, they are even more valuable," he added.
