PlayStation 3 VidZone goes live

Free video-on-demand service launches with over 10,000 music videos

Sony's free on-demand video service for the PlayStation 3, VidZone, is set to go live today in Europe.

The service launches with over 10,000 music videos which can be streamed directly onto the TV, complete with surround sound.

Users need to download the VidZone application from the PlayStation Store, and are then able to watch content, rewind and fast forward videos, and create a library and custom playlists.
