Playlogic relaunch
Publisher to emerge from bankruptcy and resume activities in the new year.

Amsterdam, December 21st 2010
Today it has been revealed that Playlogic will restart after it was declared bankrupt in the beginning August. After a long process led by the curators of CMS Derks Star Busmann, Marc van Zanten and Marlous de Groot, an agreement was reached on a restart of Playlogic’s activities. The relaunch is realised by the newly formed company Playlogic Entertainment N.V.
The U.S. listed company Playlogic Entertainment Incorporated (PLGC) is not involved in the relaunch.
Publishing
The activities of the new company Playlogic Entertainment NV will mainly focus on digital videogame publishing for Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony platforms worldwide.
Part of the former staff will be re-employed from the 1 st of January 2011.
Playlogic will soon announce its first titles.
Mobile Gaming & Gambling
Playlogic will also expand its activities through a foreign subsidiary that focuses on the rapidly growing market of games of chance (Play For Fun and Play For Real) for mobile phones, tablets, and the online market.
Playlogic Entertainment N.V. is in final negotiations regarding the acquisition of a company that is already active within this market. Playlogic will announce more info regarding these new activities soon.
Management
The management will be conducted by Rogier W. Smit and Marcel Noordeloos joins the company as CFO. Chairman of the Advisory Board is Willem M. Smit.
