Being the first Matchplay golf game, Darren Clarke's Matchplay golf has a number of unique features and distinct game modes. The practice mode is where players can hone their driving and putting skills before stepping out onto the course to take on allcomers! The Matchplay mode sees you play as Darren - you need all your skill to beat your opponents in a classic head to head game. If you want to play for hard cash then the Skins mode is for you, where each hole won is cash in the bank! Traditionalists will enjoy the Stableford and Strokeplay modes allowing you to compete against the course and opponents in an 18 hole shoot-out. In all modes you can play multiplayer with up to 4 players - 3 of which could be CPU players.
