Play It Statement

Friday 15 April 2005, 17:30 GMT, London, UK/... Play It Ltd has today issued its application for an interim injunction to prevent Digital Bridges Ltd from using its I-play marque in the way that it is currently being presented.

This application will be heard on Thursday 21 April 2005 in the Royal Courts of Justice, London. This follows a period in which attempts by Play It to deal with the issue have failed.

Mark Cale, CEO of Play It, said: "Our attempts to deal with this matter out of court have failed and therefore we have been forced to follow a legal route to prevent what we see as potential profound damage being done to our company identity."
