PES 2010

This weekend's PES Finals in Majorca to be streamed live by video.

Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH has announced that it will be presenting its first ever live video stream of this year’s PES Finals, which take place in Majorca on September 25th.

The gala event heralds the end of the PES 2010 season, and will see the very best PES players gather from all across the globe to go head-to-head to find the ultimate Champion. 23 countries will be represented, including players from Europe including Spain, Germany, Italy, Scandinavia, the UK, and France with entrants from the rest of the world in the form of Argentina, Brazil, Japan, Korea, and the US, with a total of 40 players taking part.

The competition will be streamed live via http://www.ustream.tv/channel/official-pes2010-world-finals with the competition kicking off at 17:00 local time and concluding at midnight. The players will begin in randomly selected groups, from which the two players from each will proceed to a knock-out competition. Viewers will be able to see highlights of the event, as selected matches will be broadcasted, which will capture the growing tension as the players battle it out within ten-minute matches.

As players watch the unfolding drama, a secondary chat window will allow those watching to discuss the matches and tournament, and ask questions to KONAMI representatives. They will also be able to witness the prize-giving ceremony, where PES European Team Leader Jon Murphy and the series’ Japanese Producer Shingo ‘Seabass’ Takatsuka will be on hand to offer congratulations and the trophy and prizes that the Champion will receive.
