PC Pilot is looking for a new captain!

Europe's leading aviation publisher, Key Publishing, has a vacancy for an Editor for its flight simulation magazine PC Pilot. The successful candidate will be joining the team that publishes AirForces Monthly, AIR International, Airliner World, FlyPast, Today's Pilot and other titles. The post will be challenging and offer excellent prospects to the right candidate. Dedicated to the needs of the flight simulator enthusiast, PC Pilot provides an authoritative and entertaining mix of features, reviews, hints and tips coming from the editorial desk and a range of respected contributors. The readers do not regard flight simulation as a game - they are well-informed and passionate about their pastime.

The ideal candidate will hold a post on a newspaper, magazine or commercial website (not necessarily a simulator or aviation title) and /or be involved in feature writing. A broad knowledge of computer flight simulation hardware and software and is desirable as is a good general knowledge of aviation so that the world of flight simulation can be put into context.

The successful candidate will enjoy working in a team, meeting time schedules and budgets, writing accurate and interesting prose and above all else have a passion and drive for the subject.
