Ozura Mobile Partners with Zingy Inc. on Mobile Games Distribution

Singapore, 2 April 2007 - Ozura Mobile, a leading international publisher and developer of mobile entertainment today announced a strategic partnership on distribution of mobile games with Zingy Inc., a US based company and the leader in mobile media. The company publishes and distributes leading products and services to mobile consumers around the world.

As part of the agreement, Zingy Inc. will market and distribute Ozura's highly acclaimed new games including Antopia, R.A.T.S., Peng The Guin, WWD and others to mobile subscribers through Ozura's distribution network including 120 mobile operators serving more than 60 countries. Zingy Inc. will also sell Ozura's mobile games directly to consumers through the Zingy Inc. brand.

According to Juniper Research, by 2011, worldwide mobile games market is expected to generate cumulative revenues of US$56.9billion with 2.6 billion wireless subscribers playing games, annually. As below, breakdown of expected revenues to be generated from some major regions.

Besides, i-Suppli forecasts subscriber growth will drop to 9.6 per cent in 2008, to 7 per cent in 2009 and to 5.7 per cent in 2010. However, it also stated that subscriber growth is slowing while demand for mobile content is still growing. The firm also expects the revenues to grow from $7.7bn in 2005 to $36bn in 2010.

"With these predicted statistics, Ozura is very optimistic that the mobile gaming industry will experience a parallel growth. This partnership also signifies an important milestone in Ozura's penetration of the world mobile games market," said Mah.
