Los Angeles, California - May 5, 2010 - Desktop Creations Inc., a developer of original puzzle games for mobile devices, has announced the release of Octix. Octix is a strategy puzzle game built on an entirely unique concept. Imagine the classic labyrinth game but the player creates the path through which the ball can travel. However, this path is ever-changing as the player can alter it at any time as the ball is rolling through looking for a way out. There are many solutions, but only one needs to be found. The player decides how the ball gets through by moving and rotating octagon shaped tiles arranged in a 5x6 grid.

There are fifty puzzles to play within five difficulty levels. With multiple goals for each puzzle, players can expect countless challenges to complete. Many updates are planned as well which will add to the number of puzzles available.

This unique brainteaser is suitable for all ages with simple and complex solutions that will challenge, entertain, and captivate any puzzle game enthusiast.
