No PS3 price cut at Leipzig

"If you're coming for that you'll be disappointed," says company rep

Sony Computer Entertainment has stated that it will not be announcing a hardware price cut at this week's Leipzig Games Convention.

"It's not going to happen," said Nick Caplin, spokesperson for Sony to Reuters.

"If you're coming for that you'll be disappointed," he added.

Sony is the only format holder hosting a press conference at Games Convention this year, with the event taking place on Wednesday ahead of the opening to the public on Thursday.
