The sixth Games Central podcast is now available to download via GamesIndustry.biz.

In this episode, topics under discussion include the battle between high street chains and indie retailers, venture capitalism in the fields of games, TV and film production, and plans for this year's BAFTA videogames awards.

The podcast is hosted by veteran games journalist Tim Wapshott with guests Hilary Bevan Jones, the chairman of BAFTA, In Stock editor Ali Wood and Kikizo.com's Adam Doree.

There's also a chance to win a Nintendo DS and a copy of new THQ title Avatar.
