Namco Networks Announces Availability of Namco's Hit Arcade Titles for AT&T Smart Devices

PAC-MAN and other popular classics chomp their way onto a new wireless platform

SAN JOSE, Calif. (June 11, 2007) - Namco Networks, a leading publisher and developer of wireless games and network content, today announced the availability of Namco's best-selling arcade classics for AT&T's line of Windows Mobile® smart devices. Available titles are PAC-MAN®, Ms. PAC-MAN®, Galaga®, Dig Dug®, and Super PAC-MAN®.

The addition of Namco Networks' arcade classics to AT&T's growing list of smart device entertainment broadens the game portfolio available to AT&T's smart device customers and supports the platform as an emerging entertainment device. As recently reported by analyst firm Gartner, global smart device shipments in 2006 totaled 72.9 million units, up 50 percent from 2005, indicating its rapid adoption among consumers and increasing potential for developers to provide fun casual content and games.

Namco Networks, already recognized for its mobile games on Java and BREW enabled phones, continues to develop games across almost all emerging wireless platforms. Launching smart device versions of its classic games with AT&T, which has the broadest portfolio of Windows Mobile devices of any U.S. wireless carrier, represents Namco's commitment to increasing consumer awareness of the level of quality and fun available for a variety of devices on the mobile platform.

"With the continued demand for our top mobile games including PAC-MAN and Ms. PAC-MAN on all available wireless devices, we are confident that our games will be as popular among AT&T's smart device users as they are among other mobile gamers," said Scott Rubin, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Namco Networks. "By partnering with AT&T to launch these popular titles for smart devices, we see a great opportunity to introduce new consumers to mobile gaming through this platform."

Namco Networks' games for smart devices are available directly through AT&T on MEdia Mall or at www.cingular.com/mediamall.
