Gameloft has today announced N.O.V.A. 2 for iPad is now available for purchase on the App Store for £3.99. Sequel to last year's best-seller, N.O.V.A. 2 sees players return six years after the events of the first game as protagonist Kal Wardin to once again take up arms - featuring a brand new single-player campaign with 13 weapons and 12 levels and a brand new multiplayer experience with multiple game modes split across five different maps.

6 years have passed since the events depicted in the first episode.

Humanity is now thrown into a bloody civil war fought on one side by the central government of the Terran Orbitals and the self-appointed Human-Alien Alliance; a new organization with a mysterious origin and agenda.
