MTV NETWORKS' GAMETRAILERS ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH 'GAME ONE,' FRANCE'S PREMIERE TV CHANNEL FOR GAMERS

Extending French Brand Domestically, GT Unveils Original

Santa Monica, Calif. (March 6, 2007) - GameTrailers (GT), the premier provider of video for gamers, and a division of Viacom Inc.'s (NYSE: VIA, VIA.B) MTV Networks, today announced its partnership with 'Game One,' France's premier television channel for gamers, marking GT's first international distribution partnership. Beginning this month, original GT-produced content will appear on air on Game One. In addition, GT's extensive library of original editorial and video game trailers will power Game One's website, www.gameone.net, creating the largest streaming-based website in France fully dedicated to gaming videos and digital culture. The news was announced today by Thierry Cammas, President, Game One and Jon Slusser, CEO, Executive Producer, GameTrailers at a press conference in Paris.

The MTV Networks International brand, Game One, is a 24-hour local language channel devoted to games, and is distributed to homes on all cable and satellite platforms in France. Through their partnership with GameTrailers, Game One achieves its media convergence from on-air to online by enhancing its website as well as its on-air offering with localized versions of original GT video content featuring event coverage, interviews, video game reviews and previews and exclusive trailers. With the help of GT, www.gameone.net at its launch will offer an extensive collection of over 80,000 videos, 20 fresh daily videos and new feature sections.

To coincide with this unique partnership and extend the Game One brand domestically, GameTrailers unveils an all-new original series, "GameOne," on Tuesday, March 6. Hosted by GT's Daniel Kayser and Amanda MacKay, the new bi-weekly, interactive original series features four segments highlighting pressing industry topics, events and games. Customized each week, "Game One" segments include: "The Threesome," revealing the hottest pieces of content on GameTrailers.com; "Community Watch," exploring what GT users are most interested in on the site as well as what the GT community is contributing to the video game industry; "Special Features," offering a grab bag of exclusive content such as on-stage interviews with video game experts and icons as well as in-depth event coverage and updates on popular game launches; and "Beyond the Headlines," investigative reporting into the hottest news topics of the moment featuring opinions of game industry experts.

Shot on location from the Ice Hotel in Quebec, Canada, "Game One's" premier episode features an exclusive interview with John Woo regarding his involvement in Midway's Stranglehold, takes an in-depth look at EA's SSX Blur for the Nintendo Wii and includes reviews of hot titles such as Def Jam: Icon for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

"We are thrilled to partner with Game One in France," said Jon Slusser, CEO, Executive Producer, GameTrailers. "This new, on-air and online collaboration is the first step in extending our reach internationally, driving viewers to both brands via our high-quality, original gaming content. We are also excited to bring the 'Game One' name to the states with the launch of our new original series, 'Game One.'"
