MIDWAY SPEEDS INTO RETAIL WITH THE RELEASE OF LA RUSH™ for PSP® SYSTEM

London, November 17th, 2006 - Midway Games Ltd, a subsidiary of Midway Games Inc. (NYSE: MWY), today announced the release of LA RUSH for the PSP® (PlayStation® Portable) system. For the first time ever, players can feel the rush as they attempt mad jumps, high-flying stunts and arcade-style racing, all in the palm of their hands.

Exclusive to the PSP system are several new modes including; Stunt Arena, a huge environment packed with ramps, tracks and other obstacles where gamers can show off their mad stunt skills, and Battle Race, a mode where players go head-to-head in a wireless race riddled with power-ups designed to boost performance or derail an opponent's progress. Also featured in LA RUSH, are all-new money cruise and multiplayer missions.
