Microsoft sets up Xbox service site

According to a post on the Gamerscore blog, which features contributions from members of the Microsoft Games Global Marketing Team, a new site has been set up by the company to assist those Xbox or Xbox 360 console owners afflicted by technical issues.

The site will allow you to setup a repair request, whether it's in or out of warranty, and track that job's status online.

The site is currently only available in the US, although rolling it out to other countries is on the cards, but likely to take a while longer "due to the many local languages and laws."
