Microsoft announces LGF week 2 details

Microsoft has released details of its plans to support the second week of the London Games Festival, with the launch of the Xbox 360 Lounge at the Vinyl Factory in Soho.

The location will host a number of events across the week, including competitions and tournaments, on titles such as Guitar Hero III, Halo 3 and Pro Evolution Soccer, with prizes on offer for the winners.

The London Games Festival has already seen a number of high profile events take place over the course of the past week, with the London Games Career Fair, the Virtual Worlds Forum and the BAFTA Video Games Awards all included.

The Festival is designed to run parallel with London's two half-term weeks - schools in the capital are split rather than all taking the same week off - and Microsoft's Xbox 360 Lounge will form on of the key strands in the run up to FUSE 07, the final event occurring on November 2.
