As part of a month long event celebrating the world-renowned festival of Halloween, MapleStory Europe players can look forward to a wealth of special, Halloween-themed additions to the game, including spooky new quests to solve and new items to be won.
The event, which takes place from October 16th to November 13th, tells the story of Jonas Prendergast, a famed MapleStory toymaker who, following the tragic death of his daughter Sophilia, locks himself away in his mansion never to be seen again. Years later ?and just as Halloween approaches! ?strange sounds can be heard emanating from the haunted Prendergast mansion: could old Prendergast really still be alive? Only by completing the special Halloween quests will players learn the truth, as they enter the Prendergast mansion, face off against an army of spooks and solve the riddle of Sophilia's mysterious death, once and for all!
