After 6 years, ArcadeTown, www.arcadetown.com, has released the fourth game in the Realspace Saga. Realspace 3 takes place where the last game, Realspace 2: Emperor's Revenge, leaves off- The destruction of Earth.

The United Fleet needs you! Command the legendary Antaris and blast back the evil Katuri from our home system. The Earth has been destroyed. Human kind hangs by a thread. We must find a place the Katuri could never conquer to make our last stand, we must fight our way back to where it all began; Apocalypse Outpost.

The Realspace Saga began in 1998 with the release of the first Realspace games, Antaris Realspace and Apocalypse Outpost, which helped launch the now very popular ArcadeTown.com. In 2001 the third installment Realspace 2: Emperor's Revenge was met with great enthusiasm. As the years have gone by the following of Realspace fans has not dwindled, and after 6 years the fans are dying for a new chapter in the saga.

The original games are still available and still free on the ArcadeTown site. While the general game mechanics and story are the same, the graphics, fluidity, and features have vastly improved from their ancient (by computer game standards) counterparts.
