Mad Catz/Turtle Beach deal

San Diego – March 18, 2009 - Mad Catz Interactive, Inc. (AMEX/TSX: MCZ), a leading third-party interactive entertainment accessory provider, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Voyetra Turtle Beach, Inc. whereby Mad Catz has secured the rights to distribute in the United Kingdom Turtle Beach’s Ear Force® X1, X3 and X4 (with Dolby® Digital surround sound) gaming headsets.

“Turtle Beach Ear Force gaming headsets have been very successful in the US market and we look forward to leveraging our growing European distribution capabilities to help Turtle Beach bring these outstanding products to gamers in the UK,” said Darren Richardson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mad Catz.
