LUCINDA GREEN EQUESTRIAN CHALLENGE RIDES ON TO PS2 AND PC IN JUNE 2007

PRESS RELEASE

Boca Raton, FL - Empire Interactive, a wholly owned subsidiary of Silverstar Holdings (NASDAQ: SSTR), today announced that it has signed an agreement with Red Mile Entertainment for distribution and licensing rights for Lucinda Green's Equestrian Challenge in all PAL territories excluding Australia and New Zealand. The title will be available on PS2 and PC formats. This family-friendly game delivers a fun, realistic portrayal of the equestrian sport under the tutelage of record breaking Badminton rider and former world champion Lucinda Green.

Lucinda Green is considered one of the world's greatest riders. She is best known for winning the Badminton Horse Trials a record six times, the first of which came at the age of 19. Lucinda has also competed in the Olympic Games, European and World Championships.

From the luxury of her country estate, Lucinda Green will guide players through the basics of equine mastery. The coaching includes lessons on how to improve the mental and physical state of a horse, dressage, cross country, and show jumping. Once players have mastered Green's lessons they will progress to the official Grand-Slam Equestrian events, where they will be evaluated on timing, control and even appearance. The more you train with your horse, the better they will perform. Fans of horse riding will also be thrilled at the customization features that allow players to create unique elements for their riding duo, including style of clothes, face markings, patterns and breed.

Equestrian Challenge has been developed by IR Gurus, Australia's leading multi-platform game development studio, which has created award-winning, best-selling titles for more than 10 years. IR Gurus' games include Heatseeker, the multi-award winning World War II combat flight game Heroes of the Pacific, the AFL Premiership Series, the record-breaking Gaelic Games: Football, Mary King's Riding Star and the Equestriad series of equine games.

Ian Higgins, CEO of Empire, commented, "The game is perfect for horse-lovers everywhere and also offers plenty for those who enjoy a challenging sports simulation game. It's a perfect family game."

Clive Kabatznik, CEO of Silverstar, stated, "This exciting title adds a new dimension to Empire's upcoming release schedule. Not only does it provide us an entree into the fast growing equestrian game market but also provides an additional boost to Empire's revenues during the current fiscal quarter."

Key features of Lucinda Green's Equestrian Challenge include:

Multiple difficulty levels for players of all ages;

Four officially licensed Grand-Slam Equestrian events: Badminton, Burghley, Adelaide and Kentucky;

Players can customize their rider and horse with thousands of combinations to create their own unique duo;

Hundreds of unlockable items available for players to uncover, including clothes, ribbons and prize;

The world's top event riders appear in the game, including Phillip Dutton, Karin Donkers, and Mary King.

Lucinda Green Equestrian Challenge is scheduled for release on the 1st June 2007 for the PC and PlayStation 2 at a RRP of £19.99.
