'Level Play' Brand From Dusk2Dawn

27th February 2007

FOLLOWING on from D2D's announcement that StarFish Studios has joined the growing publisher, D2D is pleased to launch its value priced brand label.

StarFish is actively working to build a portfolio of game titles that meet mass consumer audiences, offering highly enjoyable games at prices starting from just £1.99. To bring together a brand and a new way of playing, D2D will release its value priced titles under the label of 'LEVEL PLAY'.

Neil Cotton, Publishing Director at D2D, said: "LEVEL PLAY is a great idea that came from our development studio, StarFish.

"As the audience for these games is predominately not hardcore, we are building these games with the option to play through them start to finish - like a normal game - or to be able to jump a level to continue the game, just in case things get a little too tough!

"Furthermore, casual gamers can jump to their favourite level and replay it time and time again, without the need for complex save points. In a sense, each level is an individual game in itself, with a strong storyline there to help move the action on between levels."

The new LEVEL PLAY games are scheduled for release in the latter part of this year, with more details to follow very soon.
