Launch to be celebrated this weekend at Hamleys in London; real live owl promised.
London, 23 June 2010 – Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today announced it will host a magical weekend of entertainment at Hamleys, London to celebrate the launch of the LEGO ® Harry Potter TM : Years 1-4 videogame on June 25th.
From 25th – 27th June, visitors to Hamleys world famous Regent Street store will have the opportunity to participate in a range of fun activities for parents and their children. On the first floor, there will be a real live owl on site, LEGO ® Harry Potter TM : Years 1-4 activity sheets, photo opportunities and face painting! Of course, there will also be the chance for everyone to play the LEGO ® Harry Potter TM : Years 1-4 videogame for themselves. To top that, the GAME store in the basement is offering £5 off every LEGO ® Harry Potter TM : Years 1-4 videogame bought during the weekend.
On launch day, competition winners from GAME and Hamleys will also be facing off against each other in a gameplay challenge late afternoon. The winner of the challenge will be presented with a copy of the videogame by members of the Harry Potter TM movie cast.
