Metal Gear Solid 3 and Pro Evolution Soccer 4 will both be receiving their public debuts at the Leipzig Game Convention consumer show in Germany next month, ahead of their first UK appearances at Game Stars Live in September.

Hideo Kojima, creator of the Metal Gear Solid series, will reportedly be travelling to the show to demonstrate the new title, which was well-received by the media at E3 last May and introduces a number of new elements such as camouflage, jungle combat and hunting animals for food.

As well as hosting the first public appearance of MGS3, the Game Convention will feature the playable debut of Konami's Pro Evolution Soccer 4, while the Japanese publisher will also show off a line-up including Silent Hill 4, the latest Dancing Stage titles and EyeToy title U Move Super Sports.

The Game Convention runs from August 19th to 22nd in Leipzig, Germany, and Konami is also expected to show off its full range of titles at the Game Stars Live consumer event in London at the start of September - with PES4 already confirmed to appear at the show.
