Kickin Yo Ass on Xbox Live

September 24th 2004, London, United Kingdom: As promised, Game Guru is evolving even further from Monday 27th September. Come Monday evening, interactivity with the show grows even further with the introduction of "Kickin Yo Ass!"

Using the premier online gaming service Xbox Live, our guru's will be available to play online, bringing even more interactivity and community involvement in the show. If you're harder than a three day old pizza, or softer than a wet wipe, your skills will be called into action on our first featured game "Star Wars Battlefront".

But wait! It doesn't end there!

Each month, the guru's will select one player who has captured the community spirit and invite them to the studio in London and then out to the always funky Joystick Junkies party.

"Our latest addition to Game Guru shows our commitment to online gaming," said Gareth Williams, Producer of Game Guru. "Choosing Xbox Live was a simple decision for Game Guru. With the largest European installed base, the best community and the largest selection of Online games and content, there really was no other choice. Having Star Wars Battlefront as our first featured game is a big plus, with the hotly anticipated game expected to be at the core of the coming months Xbox Live experience"

Make sure you tune in on Monday at 6pm GMT to Game Network, Channel 172 on Sky Digital, for all the info on how you can play the guru's on Kickin Yo Ass!
