Just Flight Flies The Flag In Los Angeles

The world's largest trade show for the computer games industry is only a few short weeks away. The Electronic Entertainment Expo (or E3 as it's better known) will be taking place on 17-19 May at the Los Angeles Convention Centre. Just Flight will once again be exhibiting at E3 and will be taking their place in the UK: State of Play pavilion - Booth 2316 in the West Hall.

"UK: State of Play" made its debut at E3 in May 2003, and returned in 2004. The new national Pavilion, developed by the DTI and UK Trade and Investment, in collaboration with the British Council served as a shop window for British talent and a venue for 70 UK games companies to do business at E3 over the last two years. The Pavilion was well received by all the companies who participated and its innovative design attracted a great number of visitors to the stand, creating a buzz and interest in the UK Computer Games industry.

The Just Flight hangar contains a superb collection of the best in digital aviation. Among the new titles showcased at E3 will be Airliner Pilot - a unique expansion for Flight Simulator 2004 that lets armchair pilots sign up for a virtual career as an airline pilot. Flying Club is another new Flight Simulator add-on for those who like their flying a little lighter - it comes with the world's four most popular light aircraft and authentic airport scenery. Meanwhile, Just Flight's reputation for producing the best is defended by the mighty RAF Vulcan (officially licensed by the RAF) and Spitfire - just two of the many classic aircraft that Just Flight has brought to the virtual skies. Talking of classics, although the real Concorde has had to retire, the world's most advanced airliner is still operating with Just Flight in Concorde Professional - at 23 miles-a-minute on your PC!

Just Flight's sister label, Just Trains, produces PC train simulations to an unrivalled level of accuracy and detail. Just Trains has a partnership with Britain's National Railway Museum, which has given its official licence to the highly detailed and award winning Severn Valley Railway and West Somerset Railway add-ons for Microsoft Train Simulator as well as the critically-acclaimed standalone Trainz Railway Simulator - Passenger Edition. Further titles are planned for 2005/2006.
