September 27th 2004, Northamptonshire, UK: Oxygen Interactive today confirmed that the latest on the Liquid label - the family-oriented title, Junior Boardgames - will be released on October 22nd.
Junior Boardgames is a collection of traditional family games, set in various parts of the home and garden. Each of the games has stood the test of time and features gameplay relevant to its location and content; for example, a game of battleships is played with toy boats in the bath, whilst dominoes played in the garden sees ladybirds with their spotted backs becoming the playing pieces.
Without any trace of the violence or danger which is so often found in games these days, Junior Boardgames is simply family entertainment for players of all ages; easy to play and fun for everyone.
These classic games can be played solo but are even more fun when played as a family or with a group of friends. With its child-friendly graphics, Junior Boardgames brings traditional family favourites together onto one disc. Priced at a family-friendly ten pounds, everyone from grandparents to young children are sure to enjoy hours of wholesome entertainment!
